In the following Terms and Conditions, Taylor Made Immigration will be referred to as 'we', 'our', 'us' and the website user (yourself) will be referred to as 'you' or 'your'.

The information within this website is NOT intended to be used to determine your eligibility for any visa option. The intent of these Terms and Conditions is to state that the Points Calculator is provided in good faith but that it does not make any guarantees towards its accuracy or your eligibility towards a visa application.

Use of this Points Calculator indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions detailed here then you may not use the Points Score Calculator.

OBLIGATIONS / RISKS / LIMITATIONS The use of this Points Calculator is based on your selecting an option that describes your circumstances. The calculation and response is by automated reply, based solely on the details you have input. We will not analyse your points score to determine whether the details you have input are correct or not. In using this calculator you accept that the points calculation response does not in any way guarantee eligibility for the points you have claimed, nor does it anticipate whether you are eligible to apply for any visa or any other migration outcome. It is important to note that each element of the points criteria is legally defined within the Migration legislation and that to claim a category of points that you must provide evidence towards these Points. Further, that if you are unable to provide the required evidence for points claimed towards a SkillSelect visa application that, by law, your visa application must be refused.

Using the Points Calculator does not make you our Client. Your use of the Points Calculator is at your own risk we accept no responsibility for any of the following:

• Losses caused by the information input by yourself being incorrect;
• Losses caused by your not being eligible for the points you have claimed;
• Losses caused by loss or corruption of data;
• Losses caused by submitting a visa application based in these points that is subsequently refused;
• Losses caused by incorrect calculation within the matrix - you are advised to check your points score manually in case of data calculation error within the matrix;
• Losses caused by your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Losses caused by you due to changes in the Migration Law / Policy/ Regulations which impact on the points score information provided on this site by us. We cannot guarantee that this points calculator takes into account the current law at any point in time.

We do not warrant, guarantee or make any representations as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the data or information provided to you through use of the Points Calculator. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any expenses, loss, damage, costs, demands or liabilities howsoever caused arising out of or in connection to the actions of hackers or the effects of viruses, worms or any other forms of corruptive code.

CONFIDENTIALITY / DISPUTE All personal information you provide within the Points Calculator will be treated confidentially. We do not disclose personal information provided within the points calculator to third parties apart from where we would be required to by law/a court order to do so. The provisions within these Terms and Conditions provisions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and any and all disputes between the parties relating to these provisions will be referred to a competent Australian court. In the event of any dispute you agree to first attempt to settle the dispute by communicating with us directly good faith before commencing any arbitration or litigation.
